1. How do I get started with a course?

Typically, you’ll need to create an account on the website, browse courses, and follow prompts to enroll. Follow steps as below:

  1. Visit our Courses page and choose a course.
  2. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your email address at checkout.
  3. Complete payment via bank transfer.
  4. Once your payment is verified (within 1–2 business days), course access will be granted and an account will be automatically created using your registered email.
  5. Set your password using the “Forgot Password” option at login, then start learning!

We offer a range of continuing education courses designed for ABA practitioners. Visit our Courses page to browse all available titles and find one that fits your professional development goals.

Our courses are designed for BACB and QABA-certified practitioners looking to fulfil their BACB and QABA continuing education (CE) requirements. Each course page includes the number of CEs offered, description, and learning objectives to help you determine if it is the right fit. Upon completion of the course, including the short quiz (100% passing score) and feedback form, you will receive a downloadable e-certificate within three (3) business working days. Kindly ensure your registered username matches the name to be displayed on the certificate.

No. There are no additional cost after purchasing the course.

After watching the course, you will need to complete a short quiz (100% passing score) and a feedback form. Participants may retake the quiz if failed. Once both conditions are satisfied, a downloadable e-certificate of completion will be issued. You can then use this certificate when reporting your CEs to the BACB or QABA.

1. How do I purchase a course?

Once you’ve decided on the course you want to purchase, add it to your cart and check out. You will be prompt to the payment page where you’ll find our bank details to make the bank transfer. We only support bank transfer at the moment. Course access will be granted once payment is verified.

We currently accept bank transfer only. Our bank details will be provided at the payment page during checkout.

Payment verification and course access provisioning typically takes up to 2 business days. You will be notified via email once your access is ready.

Refunds are not available after purchase.

1. How do I access my course after payment?

You will be able to create an account when purchasing a course. Upon checking out, you are required to fill in your email. After the purchase is done, an account with the filled email will be automatically created. Follow Question 2 to set your password.

To set a custom password, use the ‘forget password’ button when logging in. A reset password email will be sent to your registered email.

An account can only be used on 1 device.

You have lifetime access to any course you purchase. There are no expiry dates, revisit the content as many times as you like, at your own pace.

You do not need to create an account manually. At checkout, simply enter your email address. Once your payment is confirmed, an account will be automatically created for you using that email. You will then receive an email with instructions to set your password.
